BCP Leisure is committed to providing a safe environment that protects children, young people, and vulnerable adults. We aim to promote a culture that ensures all customers feel confident to raise concerns regarding their own and others safety and well-being.

BCP Leisure acknowledges that safeguarding is everybody’s responsibility and ensures all necessary procedures are undertaken to ensure staff working with children, young people and vulnerable adults are safe to do so. Failure to comply with such procedures will be addressed immediately.

BCP Leisure recognises that all children, young people, and vulnerable adults have an equal right to protection, regardless of age, ethnicity, gender, religion or belief, sexual orientation, socio-economic background, and disability.

Our safeguarding policies are reviewed regularly and updated to align with any changes to legislation or government guidance.
