You can make a booking either online (clicking the below link or through the BCP Leisure app) or directly at the centre.

Once you've booked your activity, we'll be in touch to request some more information and discuss catering. Catering is compulsory with our weekend parties and will be charged at a minimum of 10 children.

Our football parties are self-led, where we provide the space (either 3 courts in the main hall, or a 3G pitch), balls, bibs and cones as well as goals. You can then run the football activities for yourself or hire in an external coach to organise the fun!

This party is recommended for children from 5 to 15 years old. We can have a maximum of 24 children in each party.

On Saturdays we run our indoor football parties from 1:15pm to 2:15pm and our outdoor parties from 1:15pm to 2:15pm. We also have a slot between 2:30pm and 3:30pm where we can do either indoors or outdoor parties.

On Sundays we can run indoor or outdoor parties from 1:15pm to 2:15pm or 2:30pm to 3:30pm.

Enjoy exclusive use of our 'under the sea' themed soft play installation for children between 0 and 5 years old. This activity is self-led, so you will need to provide your own supervision during the activity.

There is a separate party menu for our younger guests.

Our bouncy castle is set up for plenty of bouncing fun! This activity is self-led so you will need to provide your own supervision during the activity.

We run our sessions on Saturdays from 11:00am to 12:00pm or from 12:15pm to 1:00pm.

Our small pool is the perfect place to entertain those not quite ready for the big inflatable! Children can splash in the small pool amongst floats and balls! Lifeguards are included for safety.

*Please note children under the age of 8 must be accompanied in the water by an adult on a ratio of 1:3 (1 adult to 3 children for birthday parties).

This party is recommended for children older than 6 years old. We can have a maximum of 24 people in the pool at once (including adults).

We run our sessions on Saturdays from 3:30pm to 4:30pm or 4:45pm to 5:45pm. If these time slots are fully booked we may be able to offer 6pm to 7pm.

Our Sunday sessions are from 3:30pm to 4:30pm or 4:45pm to 5:45pm.

Our super inflatable obstacle course is perfect for children to enjoy slip sliding their way through! This party includes exclusive use of the main pool with inflatable as well as the small pool with floats and balls. Lifeguards are included for safety.

Children must be 8 years old or older to be unaccompanied. Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied in the water by an adult on a ratio of 1:2 (1 adult to 2 children)

Children wanting to use the super inflatable will need to pass a short swim test at the start of the party to confirm they are able to swim 25 metres in deep water, unaided. Children who are unable to meet these criteria must stay in the small pool.

We can have a maximum of 24 children in each party.

We run our sessions on Saturdays from 3:30pm to 4:30pm or 4:45pm to 5:45pm. If these slots are fully booked, we may be able to offer 6pm to 7pm.

On Sundays we run our sessions from 3:30pm to 4:30pm or 4:45pm to 5:45pm

Party food (excluding soft play parties)

We are pleased to be able to offer party food for all parties booked. Party food is compulsory (minimum of 10 meals) with each party booked. We allocate a 30-minute time slot for guests to enjoy their party buffet.

Typically, a cold buffet includes food such as sandwiches, crisps, pizza, carrot/cucumber sticks, fresh fruit, jugs of squash, etc.

Price per head: £6

We will only set the table and provide service for the quantity of meals booked.

We are delighted to offer meal boxes for all our soft play party attendees (by arrangement for any other party type). Typically, these consist of:

Allergies and dietary requirements:

Please discuss any allergies or dietary requirements with reception when you make your party food order, and we will get back to you with your options.

We take food safety very seriously.

We cannot guarantee the storage, preparation or serving areas are free from any allergens via cross contamination but are able to advise on the ingredients used in the manufacture of the products being served. If this level of risk is unacceptable to the individual concerned or if the variety of suitable food on offer is too narrow for an enjoyable party meal, we would recommend that the individual brings a suitable packed lunch instead.

If you have opted to bring any additional items to supplement the party buffet that we have provided- for example birthday cake or additional items for the table, or if you are booking an off-peak self-catered party, please be advised you are responsible for the allergens and safe handling/storage/serving of these items and we take no responsibly for illness or injury caused by guests consuming items not supplied by us.

Deadline for confirming

Your food choices and numbers must be finalised and paid for no later than 2 weeks prior to your party.

All parties are subject to facility and staff (where applicable) availability. If you would like any more information or have any special requests, please speak to one of our reception team who will be happy to discuss.

Any self-guided games or activities that take place during the party should be suitably risk assessed. Any externally hired in coaches should be suitably qualified and insured for the activities they are delivering. The customer takes responsibility for the safety of the activities or games.

We understand that your circumstances may change, and you may have to cancel or rearrange your party.

Parties cancelled with less than two weeks’ notice will not receive any refund or offer of transfer.
