We feature LES MILLS programs for high-energy workouts, Pilates for core strength, and indoor cycling for a cardio challenge. Try our circuits for a full-body workout, or Chi Restore for relaxation and stress relief. For targeted toning, join Legs, Bums, and Tums, or dance your way to fitness with our fun Dance Fitness classes. We also offer rejuvenating Yoga sessions to improve flexibility and mindfulness.
